Yuri Bykoriz resigns from the position of Director General of New Products Group, with Iryna Ruzhytska taking over as the company's CEO.

We would like to express our gratitude to Yuri Bykoriz for his great contribution to the development and growth of our company. He headed the New Products Group in early 2022, a month before the start of the full-scale war. Two years of taking extensive efforts and effective solutions helped bring the company to a new level, set new standards for its efficient operation and crisis resilience. The record-breaking sales the New Products Group team have achieved under the management of Yuri Bykoriz will go down in the company's history as his personal valuable contribution not only to our business development, but also to supporting the Ukrainian economy.

Further, the company will be gaining momentum and reaching new heights under the management of its new CEO Iryna Ruzhytska, highly qualified сorporate finance and strategies expert.

We expect 2024 to be another difficult year for Ukraine, and probably for the whole world too. Therefore, Iryna Ruzhytska defines the key to effective management of a large company in times of turbulence as strategic vision and focusing on the team's accomplishments.

Iryna Ruzhytska has long been a part of the New Products Group's team. Since 2015, she has been holding a position of the Chief Financial Officer. Working as CFO, Iryna Ruzhytska took an active part in making managerial decisions, improving the company's efficiency and opening up new markets, while adhering to the principles of gaining profit and seeking capitalization of the company. Iryna Ruzhytska is not only an effective crisis manager, but also an internationally recognized specialist. She has an MBA degree (Master of Business Administration) obtained at the Institute of Professional Financial Managers (London, the United Kingdom).
