ABOUT ALCOHOL-FREE DRINKS
ABOUT ALCOHOL-FREE DRINKS
Where do you get the water for the production of soft drinks?

As quality is a matter of no compromise, the Company uses only prepared artesian water with an optimal mineral composition for beverage production, as salt excess causes flocculation while the beverages are stored. Drinks prepared on hard water (with excess of calcium and magnesium salts, as well as iron salts) have a rough taste.
Artesian water is processed in several stages: disinfection, removing iron excesses and hardness salts. The water is delivered to the plant from nine wells, which fully meet the Company's raw material needs.

What determines the taste of water?

The taste of water depends on its mineral composition; the presence of organic substances and their decomposition intensity; its temperature and the presence of air gases.
High concentration of sulfates gives water a bitter taste; concentration of chlorides gives salty taste, and concentration of salts of iron and manganese gives an inky and ferrous taste. Water has the most refreshing effect at the temperature of 7-11 degrees. At a temperature above 15 degrees, its flavoring properties decrease, and it does not quench thirst well.

Is it true that bottled water is no different from filtered water?

Actually, it differs. Bottled water can be either natural (originally pure and fully preserving its structure) or prepared. Enterprises that bottle prepared water select a special set of filters to ensure effective water purification from a particular well. Industrial filters are universal, so they are not always effective. It is only possible to determine the appropriate water preparation complex in a particular case after conducting a comprehensive research. In addition, the water preparation system (filters) requires regular maintenance and change of consumables. Otherwise, the filter itself becomes a source of water contamination.
